i used wilkinsons own brand on some parts and also the simonize brand on other parts and my underneath still looks good a year on,, best bit is when you touch up for shows ,it dont show up that you just sprayedcertain areas, with satin black the old paint willl match the new paint quite well,  |

Stripped the interior to shell this week at last. Lot of rivets to drill out! Cool pedal box tho  Decided to keep the centre exit exhausts but will glass them in an duct some air to em so the boot will become 2 wee boxes left and right, with a closed off centre section housing the exhuast + heat shielding + air ducts. Will also need to heat shield the back of the pod so the tank is better protected from undue exhuast heat. Starting to see the next year or so of my life flashing before me in a sea of fibreglass and skinned knuckles.... |
