just do the basics, fuses, all the right wires att and short outs, if ur using the old loom breats in the wire are common and sometimes its just a matter of choping the bit of the loom out and making an indipendent run of wire for it

Hiya Muddy funkster Power? Have you put a meter on it? Or it could be a dry or ceased pump? I hope that helps... I am more of a hands on crease monkey ;D Ben

my advice is very technical and prosice, hit it, realy hard with a blunt object like a brick or a hammer

Managed to sort it today, The out pipe of the fuel pump snapped off :angry: when trying to remove the pipe to see if pump was pumping so I fitted a new pump unit. Same problem. ( I am convicted the old one was ok) Ran a wire from the battery live to the pump and tried to start the engine, No Joy, Checked Plugs for a spark, No spark Metered out the coil and well..... Swapped the coil and bingo (Kirk, thanks for lending me your coil, i bought a new one so will put yours back tomorrow.) She fired and ran. Reconnected correct pump loom and now perfect! Im sure Cars are like Women, your not supposed to understand them. :rolleyes:
