Am soo gutted... but I cant afford the rent and business rate by myself on the unit.. could when the business would be up and running.. but have waited for 10 weeks now for an insurance quote to come through.. I cant go for the small business grant (£2500) until I have proof of an insurance quote.. have had 3 electricians come out.. none have been seen or heard of after asking them for a quote yet all have said how easy the work was I required i.e wire in the 3 phase equipment... so I have been crapped on from multiple angles.. as some of you know I have been out of work for 11 years... this was to be my dream come true of returning to work.. but have been screwed over by so called m8's who dont pay their bills.. wouldnt have felt as bad if I was to blame.. but with it being out of my control is an awefull end to my dream.
