Below is an email I have just recieved and thought I would place it on here hoping that some of you will sign the petition.

In an effort to undermine on-line petitions such as ours, our
Government has taken such petitions under its wing.
An E-Petition has been launched on the Government's web site to ask for
a reduction in the fuel duty that we have to pay in the UK. At
present it only has a couple of thousand names and really needs your support.
What can you do?
1. Visit the following site and sign up ASAP.
2. Please pass on this message to as many friends as you can and ask
them to help.
This link will just take you to the page.

Remember that our actions in 2000 and 2003 helped to keep fuel duty
frozen.
Let’s make Gordon Brown sit up and listen to the voices of the people.
