Fuel Filler Fitted Bracket for the spare wheel Jason kindly made me some plates: BEFORE: AFTER: Also note the wheel arches are in, boot floor all bolted in place too And some bulk head plates: Here you can see the strut brace in the making, also the expansion tank and Power terminals all fitted along with the front wheel arches. Need to find a 15" steering wheel though! Just an arty photo

This week (no pics) - Replaced the wirlimg loom connector to the light switch stalk (As this had melted due to the previous owner trying to wire in front spots without a relay)
- Cut out a load of other dubious wiring that frequented the area below the steering column.
- Found a big red button behind the dask and naturally pressed it! ;D (several times, who knows what way it should be now / up or down!) think its the emergency fuel cut off. Now a handy secret imobiler device!
- Battery in place
- Rear lights wired in and working
- Gaps between the body panel's filled with expanding foam
- More Sticker flexing ( I love sticker flex - If this car leaks when wading, I'll eat my hat!)
- Brakes Bled ( Couldn't you just kiss the man who invented the EazyBleed kit? Well no! Nor would I! But I would shake his hand and say "thank you, you are the Masire."
- Split pins in place (rear roll bar)
- Sexy new new 16" steering wheel fitted
- Cut out some of the inner wheel arch so it does not rub on the brake pipes (Steve!)
- Started to make the wing mirror mounts
My list of jobs is down down to two A4 pages But they all take longer than they should Its the home stretch now. I have also spent a small fortune on parts which will keep me going for a few weeks now. Only I'm having next weekend off the Dakar
