Have you not though of ditching them springs and dampers and going for some nice fully adjustable coil overs?
Makes the world of difference.

I have coil over gas none adjustable on the front with oil shocks on 60mm leaf strip on rear. Capri 3.0Lt role bar front ( currently designing for rear ). Target is 2 weeks to have finished set and tested, then I'll mount the vid. cam and you can all see why Kermit wears a nappy. ;D ;D ;D

Front suspension all renewed / referbished. Buy god I do love Mr Dutton ( Sorry Peter ) as now the filth generation of car, the reason the front suspension keeps killing bushes is because the factory, jig drilled, role mount bush fixings are in the wrong place 
Just need to move the rear axle forward by 3/4 inch and laser Aline to finish 
( Oh' my G.. ) lol
