I love the setup on my eagle.. nice and firm.. but not too OTT like on my Silvia ZX.. (I tried to push the rear down of that and bent the panel.. yes it is THAT FIRM) ... but as previously mentioned my m8 Chris has just bought the Yellow SS and it is in need of Full restoration.. new everything!! So it has been passed on to me to source all parts for it.. and I know you guys have bucket loads more experience than myself in this area.. so what do you folk recommend? To be honest I am not even sure what mark the donor cortina was.. I am not that clued up on Ford.. not that I much about anything Any suggestions will be much appreciated

It is a Q plate ... didnt come with a logbook so he has to apply for one still.. Jason are the ones on the V8 standard replacements or upgrades? Also does anyone have any links for performance bushes for the Yellow Eagle...

I have used www.superflex.co.uk and found them to stiff and very very expencive. I prefered www.powerflex.co.uk they are softer and a quater of the cost. I would look into some coil over shocks, you can play with the spring rates and damper settings that way. Alternativly go for the ones Jase has suggested - I would go for little bit more expencive gas filled ones over the oil though.
